Please note : each version of Internet Explorer has a slightly different screen layout and order for the questions.
Please note : some on line instructions for one version of Internet Explorer are given at www.vcoms.net/support.
            They are a different version than what is given below.

1) Bring up Internet Explorer

2) Click on Tools

3) Click on Internet Options

4) Click the Connections Tab

5) In the Dialup and Virtual Private Network box, make sure the vcoms.net connection is selected.

6) Click on the Settings button to the right.

7) Toward the bottom of the new window, you will see your username.

8) Change your username :
        From : (oldusername)         eg: admin@vcoms.net
        To    : (newusername)         eg: administrator@vcoms.net

9) Click OK at the bottom of the window

10) Click OK at the bottom of the window

11) Close Internet Explorer back to your desktop.

The next time you get on the Internet, it should show you the new username.
If not, you can also change the username in the Dail Up Connection window at that time.
